I noticed a big purchase of Goal Play! books on my publishing report the other day, but I had no idea of the origin until a colleague wrote:

Our University of Illinois Hospital and Health Sciences System is committed to going “all in” on quality and safety and not just disclosure, communication, and resolution.
 
To that end, every quarter they have been planning workshops for leadership – the next one is going to focus on leadership, quality outcomes and transparency. At today’s quarterly meeting, a copy of your soccer/leadership book was given to all 180 participants!
