Many thanks to the folks at Ideo, in Palo Alto, for inviting me to make a presentation about the lessons from Goal Play! This is a marvelous company that has invented gobs of interesting ideas and approaches for companies around the world.  The gadgets to the left, for example, were designed for Zyliss, USA, in 2002, to introduce 24 new kitchen tools that would optimize ergonomics, cleanability, and funcionality.  The team approach used by Idea draws on many disciplines and exemplifies many of the team-building lessons seen in Goal Play!
