The Lean Enterprise Institute and Lean Frontiers have announced the Inaugural Lean Coaching Summit.  To be held on December 4-5 in Orlando, FL, the summit is two days of keynotes, networking, and intensive, interactive breakout sessions “that will give you practical ways to be a better teacher, listener, questioner, communicator, problem solver– in short, a better coach.”

I am honored to be have been asked to be the opening keynote speaker to cover lessons from Goal Play!  My emphasis will be on the role of the coach in helping to create a learning process that can contribute to customer-centered improvement in hospitals, manufacturing  facilities, service industries, and the like.
