I will be heading to Denver in late September and appearing before two great groups.
On September 28, I will be a faculty presenter at the 10th Annual Rocky Mountain Hospital Medicine Symposium. This is one of the best-attended hospitalist continuing medical education gatherings in the nation, with about 1000 people expected. My plenary address is at 8:15 on Friday morning and is entitled, “Getting impatient about eliminating patient harm.” Lessons from Goal Play! will be prominently included, and the book will be available for purchase after the presentation.
The night before, on the evening of September 27, I will be getting together with the MIT Club of Colorado to tell stories from the book. The venue is not yet announced, but stay tuned to this website for details. This will be informal and fun.
