I have just completed a speech to over 700 attendees at the 2012 Health Care Quality Summit in Saskatoon, sponsored by the Saskatchewan Health Quality Council and 3sHealth, Shared Services Saskatchewan.  The title of my speech was “Getting Impatient about Eliminating Preventable Harm.”

Thanks to a generous purchase by 3sHealth, all participants received a copy of Goal Play! during the conference.  Many of the coaching and leadership lessons in the book were directly relevant to the two-day conference, which was focused on enhancing a province-wide quality improvement journey.
